From what I understand, the time between Oblivion and Skyrim is more like 200 years, as the events of Oblivion mark the end of the third era, and Skyrim begins in the year 201 of the fourth era.
However, more on topic, I have recreated my primary Oblivion character in Skyrim, and I do plan on doing some writing that will explain her presence in Skyrim, probably involving a lot of strange magical madness, and a hint of humor. I hope to eventually make this into a mod, as well.

In the construction set, open up the mod, expand the "Items" section in the object window, find the armor in the "Armor" section, double click the armor you want to change, and in the window that pops up, there should be a drop down that selects the armor as either light or heavy (next to the Weight setting).

I believe that is the Leere armor, I think is in this mod:
-
In the Creation Kit, select your NPC in the Actor section and press Control+F4. This will allow you to export the face gen data, and the face should work properly after that.
-
In the Creation Kit's Object Window, expand Actors, click on Actors. That should list all actors in the object window. Right-click on any of them, click New. Then, in the Traits tab, select the race of the NPC. After that, use the arrows at the top right to locate the Character Gen Parts tab. In that tab, at the top right, there is a button for Import. Click that and locate your .npc file. You can then check one of the preview options at the bottom to make sure the NPC imported correctly. After that, you can go through the rest of the tabs and set up the NPC as desired. Most of the rest of the tabs are fairly self-explanatory, and those that aren't, I don't have enough experience with to explain effectively, but there are plenty of guides and videos out there that can probably help you to set up the NPC in whatever way you desire, such as a follower, etc.
Good luck with your modding!

For me, there were three games: Super Mario Bros. 3 (NES), Tetris (GB), and Guardian Legend (NES). I still play all three to this day.

You can use the SPF command in the console in-game. Simply type "SPF Name" where Name is whatever you want the name to be and the game will create Name.npc in the Skyrim folder which you can import into the Creation kit onto an NPC.

Thunderbird is in Skyrim.

This happens to me occasionally as well. In my situation, it happens in a random location every few days, but every time it does happen, I can recreate the event dozens of times in the exact same spot. In my case, following quite a bit of testing, I am almost entirely certain it is a VRAM issue, as it always happens in a location with a wide variety of models and textures. I don't know of a solution, but I have figured out a workaround that has allowed me to continue playing, a workaround that may perhaps help you as well. Try to find a specific point at which it will always CTD or freeze. Then, when moving toward that point at which it will CTD, pause just before getting to that point, alt-tab out of the game and back in, then try to proceed past that point and see if it freezes again. In my case, doing this would allow me to continue without the game freezing. Again, it is not a solution, simply a temporary workaround that may allow you to continue playing.

If you find the clothes/armor in the creation kit and open it up, I believe there is a checkbox for "playable" or something along those lines. I think that this will allow you to pick up and equip them. Another way would be to use the console in-game. Simply type "help NameOfItemHere 4" to get the item code, then "player.additem ItemCodeHere 1", then "player.equipitem ItemCodeHere" where NameOfItemHere and ItemCodeHere are appropriately replaced. However, it will still not show up in your inventory, so you will have to use the removeitem command to get rid of it. Save before you use the console commands, just in case.

If you go to the Character menu (at the top, not the one in the object window) and go to Actor Values, I think that may be what you are looking for. I've never messed with that, so I don't really know what to do with that menu, but it may be what you are looking for.

I use Fraps for all of my screenshot and video recording purposes. However, the free version of Fraps can only record 30 seconds at a time (obviously will not work for your purpose), but I believe the paid version has unlimited recording time, though I don't know how much it costs. I have also heard of others, such as Gamecam and Playclaw, but I have never used those, and from posts that I have seen on other forums, most people seem to recommend Fraps.
As for your idea for the video series, it sounds like an extraordinary challenge that could be quite entertaining to watch.

I have 536 hours according to Steam, although that number might be slightly off due to playing offline when my internet was not working well (unless Steam tracks that too?), and I have had nearly 12000 saves across several characters. I also have a few hours spent messing with the creation kit.

When you disenchant, you gain the ability to apply that enchantment effect, but the magnitude of the enchantment is not set. The magnitude scales up as your enchanting skill increases.

If I remember correctly, the racial powers are equipped as a shout/power, not as a spell, similar to the way that shouts are. So then you would use the power with the same button that you use for a shout.

I don't claim to be an expert in this area (or in any for that matter), but I will explain what I know on this topic, gathered from what I have read in posts by GSkill employees.
While it is possible for RAM to work together when purchased separately, the chances of that working are far less than purchasing a kit that includes the full amount. An example of this would be getting two 8GB kits in the configuration of 2x4GB each being compared to a 16GB kit composed of 4x4GB. In the case of the 16GB kit, the full set of RAM is tested to make sure that the entire kit will work together at the specified speeds, timings, latencies, etc. Each of the 8GB kits would also pass those tests, but separately. There would be no guarantee that the two kits, when combined, would be capable of functioning at the advertised specifications.
Long story short, two different sets may work together, but there is no guarantee. As for the two sets being different model numbers, I would imagine that would only make compatibility and functionality less likely.
Again, this is not expert testimonial, I am simply stating what I remember reading in posts from GSkill employees. I could be misunderstanding what they wrote, so anyone with greater knowledge than I, please feel free to correct me.

You could also try contacting Razer Support, and they may be able to help.

If you go to the tracking center by clicking on "Tracking Centre" in the Files drop-down menu, there is a button that says "Manage tracked files." If you click on that, you will have the opportunity to remove files from your tracking center, and you will no longer be tracking them. Hopefully I understood your question correctly and this helped.

There is also the command "animcam"

I've never used it, but perhaps Skyrim Unplugged is what you are looking for?

With one of the recent updates, the way that the game handles the load order of plugins was changed, which could be the cause of your issue. Try updating to the most recent version of NMM and see if that helps. Other than that, I don't really have enough knowledge to give any other suggestions.

I use cbbe for the customization and the availability of specific armors that I like, though there are aspects of UNP that I like as well.
-
I do not believe that is possible in Oblivion without the use of scripts, though I have no experience in that area.

This mod adds a perk that does that as one of its functions, among other things.
The better mod for what he wants is the Artifact Effect mod. It gives you 3 enchantments, and that is the max the info card can display anyways. The only downside is the guy made it an ESM file, so it is incompatible with the no perk prereq mod, as it quickly gets overridden. I think that is incredibly lame and I wish someone would remake it right, if possible.
I was unaware of that mod. Definitely sounds like a better mod for the situation, provided no other perk-modifying mods are in use. Perhaps once the CK is out, it will be remade as a ESP.

So, are there any perk mods available now?
