Not all mods will have plugins. Some mods that just replace textures or meshes don't require plugins to work, and so will not be listed in plugins, but they will still function and be noticeable in the game.
-
I've been noticing this as well. It also seems that Kent always says 0 users.

Indeed, block content is the way to go. The problem with setting it as its own category is that "sexy" is quite subjective. Thus, what would belong in that category would not be as concrete as simply saying "armor" or "clothing", or any of the existing categories.

I don't think this would be allowed. From the Terms of Service agreed to upon account creation:
Do not upload compilations of other users work irrespective of whether the authors of the work you would like to compile together have agreed to your using their work in your compilation. For example: no "my favourite mods" lists or "best weapon" compilations.

As far as my experience tells me, using CoT with an ENB that is not compatible with it will simply result in weird lighting, like being too dark, over saturated, or something like that. CoT can make an otherwise great ENB look terrible if it's not designed with CoT in mind.

Maybe try walking around in Windhelm and the surrounding areas. The mod says that it's Windhelm-themed, so it may used some resources from Windhelm. I used to have a lot of memory related crashes near and in Windhelm, perhaps yours is a similar problem.

Washington DC 1 and 2 have always been reliable for me...but I do live in VA near the North Carolina line. Since going Premium, I find that the Premium servers, at least recently, haven't even been available to download the file I wanted....with the exception of Kent, UK. But I'm just putting that 'out there'...I didn't go Premium for server priority, or speed....I did it more for Thanking Nexus for all the mods I've downloaded throughout my Fallout and Skrim adventures. :-)
Yeah, for me, Kent, UK has been the most reliable and fastest of the premium servers (even though I'm pretty incredibly far from it). And your reason for paying for premium is the same as mine. :)
-
The only way to insure a good download is to go premium and pay. Other than that, it's a turkey shoot.
I've actually had about the same reliability as a premium member as I did before I became premium, with just a bit less reliability over the last couple of weeks.

I just tried downloading through the same server, worked for me. Not sure I have the knowledge to help, but perhaps you could post your operating system, internet browser, and download manager (if you use one) so that there is more information to go off of for those that can help.

The additional images below the main image, the ones that link to somewhere else, such as Flickr or whatever, are already uploaded elsewhere, and simply placed into the description. You do this by typing something like [url=Link]Image[/ img][/ url], where Link is the link to the page you want the image to link to, and Image is the link to the image itself (actual image, like .jpg, or .bmp, or whatever). Just don't put the spaces in the tags like I did here.

Looks like it might be Schwerteite Set. There's also a UNP Version.

Highly recommend Unofficial Skyrim Patch, Unofficial Dawnguard Patch, Unofficial Hearthfire Patch, Unofficial Dragonborn Patch, and Unofficial High Resolution Patch, for any of the things they apply to that you have.

Which one of those do you think is the best fit do my demands? Also, do these offer realism? They look a bit of bloomy-ish
It's hard to know for sure, since people have such varying preferences. Just listing the ones that I've liked recently. Also, if you end up liking one of those, with exception to the bloom, you can disable the bloom easily within the enbseries.ini file.
I had actually forgotten about Project ENB. I used that one for a long time as well. Also worth looking into.
I really just suggest trying out a bunch of them, and figure out which one (or combination of parts) that you find most appealing. The screenshots provided on the mod pages may not entirely do the ENB justice.
What do you guys think of the bleak/unbleak ENB?
Not really the type of ENB I like to play with, but I have seen some pretty great screenshots come from its use. And I know quite a few people would call it their favorite. Definitely worth a try.

I use Texture Pack Combiner for incorporating a ton of awesome texture packs. If you want really great visuals, you'll probably want an ENB. My favorites are E ENB, The Wilds ENB, and Wintertide ENB.
As for downloading, I use Flashgot combined with Flashget through Firefox.

Some enb settings that I have enjoyed recently have been E ENB, K ENB, The Wilds ENB, and Wintertide ENB.

There are also settings for combat camera position. Having the things you have without having the combat settings could be the problem, since the camera adjusts when drawing or sheathing the weapon. Try adding these, replacing the values with whatever you need:
[Camera]
fOverShoulderCombatAddY=0.0000
fOverShoulderCombatPosZ=-40.0000
fOverShoulderCombatPosX=40.0000 -
Is it the same glow as the Draugr have? If so, then This Post may help.

I had problems with Windhelm when using a bunch of really memory-intensive texture mods. They were trying to use more RAM than Skyrim is allowed to access. If you have any large texture mods installed, try uninstalling them, and see if you still have the problem.

The modders make what they like. If you don't like it, don't download, simple as that. If you'd rather have something else, perhaps you could learn to create it yourself. It would be a great experience, and I'm sure that there would be others who would gladly download it too.

I'm wondering why does everyone feel the need to only post pictures and video of lady gender toons with nothing on. Don't get me wrong, I'm not offended or anything, I just think it is a very stupid trend. Call me a rp or whatever, it just annoys the hell outta me that everyone thinks they should only post barely dressed ladies on skyrimnexus mods. Why? Just show a normal character for gods sake. I've never seen this anywhere else but the nexus.
Looking back at the box art from The Elder Scrolls Arena, it seems that a barely dressed lady qualifies as a "normal character"...

what the hell are you ranting about? calm down sparky.
It's very simple:
The tutorial doesn't teach anything. And people leaving replies of solutions is an absolute complete waste of time, because I refuse to read it, and I'll block them to prevent myself from seeing it.
Just to make sure I have this right... You weren't able to learn from the tutorial, and now, you won't accept any information that would help you to succeed, from any other source?

I've had this happen when I set the timescale variable too low. If you've messed with that at all, try setting it to the default 20 and play for a bit and see if that helps.

And my answer to these people is, WHAT THE F*** are you doing playing third person in a solely first person designed series such as the elders scolls?
If they designed it to be solely first person, why did they design a third person camera at all? Or have events that pull you into third person automatically (sitting, standing, killmoves (sometimes), various crafting actions (smithing, smelting, etc.), etc.)?
-
Partly due to the oft-noted "stare at a butt for 100+ hours" thing
Why do you stare at your character's butt anyway? And do you only play in third person? I just never understand the butt thing =/
If you play in third person, that's what's going to be in your line-of-sight. I guess by that logic, better to have something enjoyable to stare at? Just a guess, as I play first person.
