Thank you. Those are the ones I found too.

Any way or mod to increase the size of the crosshair? I've searched for mods and googled but have had no luck and I am hoping someone knows something I couldn't find.
-
Thank you to those of you who have helped me. I have done all your suggestions and nothing has worked. I have officially given up.

Did you manually install SKSE64 or did you use Vortex to install it?
If you used Vortex to install it, is the mod ENABLE on the Mod Tab (he asked, expecting "Yup" as an answer)
I used Install from File and yes, it is enabled.
OK, what about the other thing I asked?
Are you running skse64 as administrator?
right click on skse64_loader.exe and pick Properties, then Compatibility
Did that too. Sorry I missed that. I'm about ready to give up.

If you are re-installing everything then you are in luck.
Vortex will auto-detect you have the game installed ( if you setup Vortex properly ) and will ask to install skse64 for you.
Take my advise ( seeing as you struggle with this ) : Let Vortex guide you in this process, hard to fail it this way.
Better yet : watch this video by Gopher :

That's the thing. That's what I have done, even followed the video. Still not working.

Well now it won't run mods at all. Keep getting vanilla start up, won't even start with Live Another Life.
-
Please tell me you purged/uninstalled the mods first before uninstalling everything
Yes I did.

Click on the 3 vertical dots on the Skyrim Script Extender entry in the Dashboard, select EDIT
check your TARGET and START IN fields
They should be similar to this, except for anything before STEAM\steamapps\
TARGET - D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\skse64_loader.exe
START IN - D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\
Go to EXTENSIONS
Make sure Script Extender Error Check, and SCRIPT Extender Installer are both ENABLED.
Make sure that you're using the Skyrim Special Edition version of SkyUI and not the Skyrim LE version
Can you take a screenshot of the error Message?
It usually has an Error Code that would make it much easier to figure this out,
Also yup.
Will post a screenshot shortly. I uninstalled EVERYTHING and am reinstalling.

You have the .dll files for Skse64 installed as well, including the skse64_steam_loader.dll?
You copied the SCRIPTS folder to the DATA folder?
SKSE64 install[ Installation ]1. Copy the .dll and .exe files to your Skyrim SE directory. This is usually in your Program Files folder under Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\. If you see files named SkyrimSE and SkyrimSELauncher, this is the correct folder. Do not copy these files to the Data folder as with a normal mod. The "src" folder is only useful for programmers, most users can ignore it.2. Copy the .pex files in Data\Scripts\ into the Data\Scripts\ folder of your installation. The .pex files are needed by all users of SKSE.Yup.

OP indicates that his OS is Windows 10 32 bit. Can you run SKSE64 on a 32 bit OS? Can you run SkyrimSE on a 32 bit OS? Can you even run Vortex on a 32 bit OS?
Good point. Double checked. I'm 64 bit.

I have, but thank you.
OK, look in your dashboard...in Vortex
There should be an entry for SKSE64 there, (Called SKyrim Script Extender look at the Screenshot) does it have a little white banner on it?
If not, then you need to set SKSE64 to PRIMARY...
Click the three vertical dots on the Skyrim Script Extender box, and from the little menu that pops up select MAKE PRIMARY.
Now when you start Skyrim SE from Vortex, SKSE64 should start right up
Yup, did that too.

1- Im not very familiar with Vortex, Since I find MO2 (Mod Organizer 2, which your can find on the Nexus) a much better and stable Mod Manager to work with.
That's your opinion, and not particularly helpful or relevant. The rest of your post was fine though
@WolfSoul: Could you provide more info on the messages you see?
If your game is installed to the Program Files folder, this may be some kind of permission problem.
It says: "Skse not working. SkyUI not loaded."
Upon restart and trying to load the save (an autosave in the prison you start in with Live Another Life) I get a list of all the mods I have saying they are not present then a message that the save is corrupt. But I can restart vortex and it does it all over again.
Make sure you see "skse64_loader.exe" in steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\ folder.
There should NOT be a folder in "steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\" called "skse64_2_00_19"
I have, but thank you.

Tech info:
Vortex 1.3.13 stableGame: Skyrim SE
97 mods
Windows 10 64 bit
Ok, new PC so new modded game. I'm 98% sure I installed skse 64 correctly. When launching the game from Vortex it loads and runs but I get a message that skse did not start up. I close the game and restart then it says the save is corrupted and that NONE of the mods are there when they are there. I'm completely confused at this point. Let me know what other info may be needed.
Thank you.

Is there a way to rollback to the previous update over the most recent?
-
I am having the same problem. I have 3 game profiles for Skyrim SE and all three have the main game files listed as missing. This is clearly a problem with the vortex update.
