  1. update: so I searched and found out the cause of the crash. apparently PC headtracking mod has some script issues so it freezes the game when trying to save~ author said he was testing and looking to resolve the issue at some point so...until then, a decrease in immersion level for me I guess.
  2. Skyrim SE freezes when I manually open menu and save on a slot, like it goes fine until I press click confirm to save....the game would freeze, I would hear my computer CPU slow down cause game froze, but I still hear music coming from the game~ alt + tabbing to bring up task manager doesn't do anything, can't even bring up desktop, the screen itself seems to be stuck on my monitor. same thing happened when I was trying to sleep at an inn. this is all at the beginning of the game by the way, not even remotely far into the game (didn't even go to riverwood). the game seems to run fine for the first....30 minutes to 40 minutes or so. then the next time I do something that seems to involve scripts (saving, sleeping at an inn, interacting with something, etc), the game would freeze. is this memory issue? is my enb causing this? should i activate papyrus logs to see if i can determine what is causing the crash? i'm not sure if papyrus detects game freezing like that.... i have less than 100 mods active on MO2~ this was happening on NMM as well...any help would be greatly appreciated.
  3. ah shoot....I just idiotically assumed the bat file will ignore ones that are already 64-bit converted...ugh re-ran FNIS with hkx patch ticked and it showed incompatibility warnings for FNIS spells/behavior and FNIS creatures behavior....so it wasn't an issue with PCEA2 like you said~ my fault :( im guessing since the FNIS creature/spell packs are from skyrim 32-bit, I'd need to convert them. (will post a log later) thanks alot, I think I'm on the right track now.
  4. Hello~ having an issue with character T-pose even when I start a new game and get into character creation menu. Installed FNIS like how one would for MO, created an executable with User Tool in MO2. Installed all the animations I want INTO: FNIS PCEA2 Special Edition version (yes, it's out). Run FNIS, create a new mod with overwrite files called FNIS Output. Checkmark the said mod. LOOT already sorted everything, then I run SKSE64, game loads fine, no error messages, but when I go to char creation screen, both genders are still stuck in T-Pose. No, my game directory is not in C:, yes FNIS is being run as admin, yes I have XPMSSE HDT skeleton installed. Tearing my hair out trying to figure out what the problem is...disabling PCEA2 mod and running the game without it solved nothing. any tips? update: I disabled both PCEA2 and FNIS Output, and my characters are not in T-pose when I check in-game. So something is definitely going on with either of the two or both. (I used the Animation Conversion bat file on all .hkx files in PCEA2 btw)
  5. well yea, Bethesda released an update for FO4 earlier today...since it's so recent, the team behind F4SE did not get a chance to even work on an update yet. just roll back the game to previous version and wait for update.
  6. isn't it because FO4 updated today? did you update your game as well? gotta wait for updated versions of all the mods and install them imo
