Old post, but I'm surprised so 1) Skyrim requires Steam account for installation & activation so why do you say "yet my game is installed via Steam"? 2) check homepage of this mod from Skyrim Nexus for information (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=4888) where you can easily find answers to such a question 3) I dont believe you find this mod from Steam Workshop, so why not use NMM for downloading of this mod, or download manually from Skyrim Nexus?
