Bug at the end of "how little we know"

Hi, just leaving a message for those who might have a similar problem. I had the exact problem and so I ended up on this topic logically, and comparing our list of mod our only common one was Level100PerkPerLevel. So I disabled it and everything works. In a nutshell, if you have this bug, disable the Level100PerkPerLevel mod just for the time to solve this quest. Ps: French guy, so I'm sorry for my enventual bad english.
