Alright everyone, a great idea (well I think) popped up into my mind... What if, when you reached a certain skill level (like in runescape) you would be able to purchase a skill cape that gives your various perks for that skill that you want to use. Lets say Alchemy, once you reach the maximum level you can in alchemy, you would be able to then go to any store that sells potions and ingrediants and buy a special Alchemy Skillcape. Once you equip this cape lets say that you get a chance that an ingrediant wont be consumed in a potion. Or that all of your potions are 50% stronger and last longer. If anybody has any ideas / suggestions, please say them :D And if anybody wants to take on the role of making a mod like this, I would be their best friend ever XD
