Still not working :(

I could play but I CTD when I come to Concord, sometimes even before concord. I kinda tweaked the Load order a little bit and put 3DNPC at the bottom and it's kinda stable now, a little bit, but still CTDs after 30 min. I ran Loot and it went out of order. but never knew anything about F4Edit, thanks for the tip though. I'll try it

I've recently reinstalled my Fallout 4 and re-downloaded both new and old mods to start a new modded playthrough. My previous modded playthrough had a major dealbreaker bug wherein textures kept going into low resolution. I've fixed the problem after reinstalling but now I'm having CTDs :sad: Can anyone help me? PC Specs: Im running on i7, 250gb ssd, 980m nvidia, 16gb ram. Windows 10 GFX drivers are updated, everything is updated.
