Is it possible to create the "set-body" mod of Oblivion in skyrim?

I just wonder if the mods works with the steam downloaded version of the game? if it doesn't i'll buy the cd version or i'll try to find another online seller, if anyone knows one which sells skyrim i'm intersted (because in any case steam is not very easy to use) thanks in advance for answers.

I downloaded eyes for vanilla races and it works for it, but since that the default races have horribles eyes. The pupil is not in face of the hole, it's awful. And the bodies of non human races disappear when they are naked. :wallbash: Is somebody knowing how to fix these issues? I put the files in the data folder so i can't just disable the mod with OMOD. I need to overwrite the new textures files with default ones if i want to restore but i don't know where to find them. (sorry for my poor english :ermm:
