    Thanks for the response.

    I have not really considered the fact that my load order is odd since I've never really been sure how to manage it. No, i don't use BOSS.

    I'll check that out then.

    I've removed rcrn and i'm using enb now instead.

    Yeah... It's not stopping. I have not modded the rain at all (at least not so it rains all the time).

    Forcing the rain to stop works, but I don't feel like doing that at all. I want it to be normal and genuine.

    It's not clipping either, or clearly glitching. It's just raining CONSTANTLY. I went to Winterhold to see if it would stop. Nope.

    the DCInterior mods doesn't work, i think. it says: "* This mod does not exist in the current template".

    what does that mean? am i supposed to have esp files, too?

    Help, please! I HAVE TO PLAY FALLOUT 3 BEFORE MY HEAD EXPLODES!... sorry.
