You're having problems with the .ini ? one thing I noticed Gopher never mentioned, was to make sure the files were not hidden, as that can stop.ini fles being modified, My docs > My games > Fallout4 > Fallout4prefs > Properties, and make sure "Read only" is unchecked same with fallout4-config

Hey what is the best way to go about editing the power armour, for a custom skin please ? no TUTs up yet, would the fallout 3/NV G.E.C.K work for Fallout 4 ? Any help or getting pointed in the right direction would be great thanks !
