hello, i have a question, i moved the whole Skyrim install folder to my new PCs hard drive, i mean i just copy and pasted the folder. but now when i try to start the game via launcher on my new PC, the launcher only shows me the option to install, "Data files" and "options" are unclickable. i found another skyrim exe in the folder, wich just opens a small window, and the game starts in this 800x600 pixels i guess. now can i somehow tell skyrim, that it is installed already? so i can choose to play from the standard launcher and change display settings to maximum.. or is there a way to get this little window from the other .exe to full screen and native resolution?? i tried it with SkyrimPrefs.ini in the install folder by changing this lines bFull Screen=1 iSize H=1050 <- my screen iSize W=1680 but it didnt worked. the thing is i dont want to reinstall it again :( it took long enough to copy the stuff. can anyone help`?

hello comunity, i dont know if this is the right place to post, so sorry for that! but i have a problem, somehow im not able to play skyrim with my downloaded mods. i got the nexus mod manager, and at the left side all mods and an update esp are listed, but only skyrim and the update have a tick. then i enable the other mods too for example realistic ragdoll or the add on dawnguard, so far so good. now if i start skyrim with the NMM at the top left, the skyrim launcher does pop out, i click on play and game starts like always BUT.. i dont have any mods really loaded ingame! :( when i close the game and start the NMM again, i see that all esp files, except skyrim and the update, are disabled again :( i cannot enable them in the skyrim launcher, because this option is darkgrey, means i cant click on in, unlike the other games i have (fallout 3 and nv) anybody can help me solving this problem?? (sry for bad english)
