Can somedody please try and make some mods using the Skyrim Engine?I'd like to see how it'd turn out.Also Could somebody try adding some enemies from Skyrim into Fallout?That may also give other modders oppurtunities to combine some Fallout character with Elder Scrolls ones and who wouldn't want to see multi-video game spliced characters?

As the title of the topic states I have a few ideas for some mods I'd like to know if someone could make. 1.Could someone make an armor that has 29 DT and increases luck by 3 and charisma by 4.also makes you run faster by 40% 2.make a character that looks like a mix between a dragon and a deathclaw 3.a level that takes place in hollywood Please let me know if you could make these.I'd try to make some mods but I don't know how to.
