even so . . . its only a single line in your Oblivion.ini located in your "my Documents -> My Games -> Oblivion" folder per one of the mods currently in use: will this affect any other mods?

some mods go outside the boundary of the game, so i cant reach them or they don't work is there a mod for this? like expanding or removing the boundaries?
