[Hanabal Quest Bug]

Hello, Ive had this game for ages now played it many times over, and everything or prety much all in the game works well.But for some unknown reason maybe its some sort of mod conflict i cant complete the Hanabal Quest -Lincoln Memorial,i clear out all the mines and traps and even re shoot the allready dead super mutants.When Hanabal and his followers arrive at the memorial he just looks at me and says "if you dont clear out the slavers we'll have to do it for you" but its allready been done including all traps ect.I have completed this quest in the past many times without conflict. ps is there any particular load order for the patches 1.7 then the unofficial patch or vice versa or maybe it doesnt matter.
