pretty obvious fix idea that I overlooked. Problem is it did nothing. I'm going to take a look at the files and see if there is something else that's a red flag. Thank you!

I go mixed up this is for Fallout 3 not Fallout NV. Still it won't work. The game doesn't even start. No title screen nothing... Maybe you are right and it's just too many mods

went to the store in Goodsprings and it crashed when I left

I was using Vortex for all my mods I used the three collections and some other mods as well. I don't remember all of them but. I'm sure I broke the game with how many I was using

When I try to install a mod I get C:\Users\ADMIN\Documents\BioWAre\DragonAge AddIns\_merged.dazip\Settings AddIns.xml

really... No one?

Ok here are the mods I am using and as stated I did fix the original problem of not being able to start the game in the first place yet know my character and I'm assuming other npcs in the game has their arms and legs spread out and the do move the kind of glide around looking like mannequins. Maybe I cleaned the wrong file... I don't know...

I feel stupid I just took off all my mods from Vortex/Nexus Mods and found out I had a ton of mods in the mods section of the game. So I was well over the 255 without really knowing it. No wonder it never started... Duh. LOL anyways now I'm on another task player and character are like display dolls arms out and arms and legs don't move. LOL! fix one thing and back to another. Yeah. I probably did clean the wrong one...
