is there any mod to remove white glow shader that appear when character wear enchanted equipment with normal equipment no enchanted FPS 28 when equip enchanted equipment FPS drop to 20 any help

noob here.. question about obse mod not active when i click via obse_loader.exe, i tried play via obmm, the result still same crashed in game loading screen, need help... sorry for bad english
