  1. @Transwarp10 If you use the screenshot tool, you'll be able to share a clean image of that map - that we can then copy and make into a Wallpaper on our PCs! That is, if you don't mind...
  2. It is kind of surprising that the station where you build the house from remains in place, but you can't "remodel" your home... "Hmmm.... I want to tear down the greenhouse and build a bed room suite instead..." kind of a thing.
  3. Maybe I read it wrong, but it seems to me he was saying a mod that eliminates dragon weapons (and armor?) for the player character - period. I'm thinking, 'Well, if he doesn't want his character to use those items, then just don't use them.' But if I misunderstood, and what he was saying was for a mod that creates a better organization of menu items in the crafting menu.... Well then, I really misunderstood.
  4. * scratches head * How about just selling the weapons and armor drops for the money? Also, you could opt to NOT build such weapons and armors... Sell the dragon bones and scales for cash... If you don't like the bone armor and weapons, don't use them.
  5. Say, joetg514, you are aware that that post was from 2023, right? But thanks for your suggestion. If anyone else happens to have that issue, maybe your solution will help...
  6. Cool map. I've always wondered what Tamriel looked like. Off topic: Which country do the Thalmor come from? Black Marsh = Argonians, Morrowind = Dunmer, Elswyr = Khajiit, Valenwood = Wood Elves, Cyrodiil = Imperials (Humans), Skyrim = Nords (Humans), Hammerfell = Redguards (Humans). What race/s lives in High Rock and Summerset Isles? So then, where do the Thalmor (High Elves) come from?
  7. I was willing to pay up to 20,000 Septims for it! But Lucan Valerius wouldn't sell! I tried talking to his sister, Camilla, but she was even more stubborn about it! Well! I finally got Lucan to sell it to me, and the dummy only charged me 1500 Septims for it! How did I get him to change his mind?! Like this! https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/24689?tab=description
  8. Please forgive the bump, but after re-reading my post, I realized that it was confusing... So, I reworded my question. Please see the edited question above. Again, my apologies.
  9. Thanks, Lollia and Karna5, for your insights. Things to keep in mind. I hope more people will join in and give their two cents!
  10. EDIT: Let me start over. First, I installed Placeable Statics - Move Anything, over a year ago. General Store vendors sold furniture. A couple of months ago, I installed Solitude Furniture Store. Since I wasn't using it, I uninstalled it. Then, little by little, the General Store vendors stopped selling furniture (from Placeable Statics). I can't find where, but I read somewhere that blacksmiths were also supposed to sell furniture, but I've never seen them sell any. How do I fix it, so that vendors start selling furniture again? END EDIT: [Original post with unclear information] I asked this on the page for the mod: Placeable Statics - Move Anything, but there seems to be very little traffic there, these days. So, I'm repeating the question, here. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/342?tab=posts&BH=0 I installed a mod called Solitude Furniture store. Later, I uninstalled it, because I didn't use it. Then, little by little, the vendors around Skyrim stopped selling furniture. Also, when they were selling furniture, only the general store vendors sold furniture. However, I read somewhere that other vendors were supposed to be able to sell furniture. How do I get the vendors to sell furniture again?
  11. I know that people who are still here, playing Skyrim, REALLY LOVE THIS GAME. However, I'm sure that many, here, have played Fallout 4. How does it compare to Skyrim, in terms of game play, replayability, immersion, story line, etc? I'm sure that the game is completely different from Skyrim in a lot of ways, but in what ways are they similar? Do you strongly recommend it? Is it, "meh"? Or somewhere in between? I'm thinking of maybe getting it.
  12. I can't remember if it was a mod, or if it was in Vanilla Skyrim. Isn't there a little symbol that shows that you've already read a book? If there is a symbol that shows that you've already read the book, then that might be a clue that you've already bought or found that book, including spell books. However, if you've never read the book, then the symbol will not show. So, you might end up buying it again.
  13. Or maybe instead of under Windhelm, set it under that big cliff/hill that's behind Rockport? The entrance can be somewhere between the inn and the temple. Also, instead of it being a separate town, it would be that the outer part of Rockport is the part where "foreigners" are allowed to visit, but only the residents and other citizens of Morrowind, and eventually, Dragonborn - when he wins the trust of the head guy of Rockport/Solstheim can then gain access to the underground part of the city of Rockport.
  14. It seems that the mod that Batterij12 was talking about (linked) no longer exists...
  15. That really looks great if you want to do a Jorrvaskr-centric play through. That would really make you feel like part of the guild. It would be cool if a whole bunch of new Jorrvaskr-centric quests were added with this, too.
  16. I thought it might be a bug, or that I unknowingly met some kind of condition that allowed the dragon to appear in Solitude. The only other time I saw a dragon in a walled town was in Riften, and that was on a different play through with a different character. At no other time have I seen a dragon within a walled city on any of my other characters and play throughs... So, is it a bug? Or did I unknowingly meet some kind of condition?
  17. So, I did one of those fast travels to Solitude, and a dragon (Revered) got into the city and was attacking the town! Fortunately, the dragon was attracted to the castle courtyard and the soldiers there fought the dragon there. The townsfolk were kept safe and were saved by the brave actions of these warriors. My destruction magic wizard shot some ice spears to help bring the beast down! My character may have started to slack off a bit... Thinking that if some of those Solitude guards would "drop" their shields to the ground, my character would be able to "pick them up." My character was distracted by idle thoughts like, "You know, those Solitude shields would look nice for some of my displays..." Next thing my character knew, the evil beast picked up one of the brave soldiers, shook him violently and tossed him aside. My character was in shock! The fighting men didn't give up, though! They pressed the attack on that beast, and killed it, but not before that evil dragon bit another brave warrior to death! Well, my character went to check on the two fallen soldiers. Among the brave Solitude fighters were the two Imperial Legionnaires who keep guard at General Tulius' headquarters. They were able to return to their posts, although they suffered some burns, as did some of the other Solitude guards. The other warriors, Solitude soldiers, also began to return to their regular duties, with the dragon now deservedly dispatched! I - I mean - my character went to check on the first fallen Solitude warrior, "attempting to render some aid..." Sadly, the warrior was deceased, and didn't need his shield, nor his uniform, nor his helmet, nor his armored gauntlets and sabatons (armored boots)... Well, his weapons and armor could be returned to the fortress armory to be reissued to a new soldier, so my character took those, to return to Bierland, the armorer... (My character was trying to be helpful. It's not her fault that the soldier had no clothes under his armor.) My character then went on to check on the other fallen soldier. The wizard couldn't find him at first, but finally noticed someone wedged behind some crates at the side of the courtyard. It was Captain Aldis! NOOOOOooooo!!! He didn't need his gear either, so my character took those too. The wizard moved his poor lifeless body into the courtyard where the other soldiers could see it to take him away and give him a proper soldier's burial. My character went home to rest and to mourn the fallen Solitude warriors. The following morning, my character went back to the courtyard on her way to Bierlan, the armorer. My character was astonished at the Solitude guards, training in the courtyard (they were not the ones who'd fought the foul dragon the night before). They walked past the two dead soldiers saying things like, "I'm going to find out who did this, and make 'em pay!" and "Oh! What happened, here?!" Meanwhile, a scant few feet away were the bones of that fearsome dragon. My character went on to Bierlan's armory and sold - I mean - returned the weapons to him. Upon completing my other business in Solitude, My character fast traveled to my character's player home, where she had "discovered" that she had "forgotten" to return the Solitude Guard armors and shields to the Solitude armorer... In honor of their memory, my character set up a couple of mannequins with the armor and shields of the brave fallen warriors. "Looks good," my character thought, although Captain Aldis had no helmet... So.... Why do you think that dragon was able to get into the city? I thought dragons couldn't get into walled cities...
  18. I finally got it all straightened out. Thanks for your help! It's nice, because I was able to keep Scholar's Library active in my character's other houses, while eliminating the conflict in Honeyside. Thanks again, scorrp10 and Leonidas!
  19. O.K.! I got SSEEdit installed and running! I found: "Scholar's Library" (drilled down to) "Cell" (drilled down to) "Block 9" (drilled down to) "Sub-Block 4" (drilled down to) "00016BDD | RiftenHoneyside | Honeyside" (Highlighted in pink) How do I actually delete this line? Or do I delete "Sub-Block 4?"
  20. Ummmmm... I don't know how to use SSEEdit.... I tried looking up tutorials, and got everything from "SSEEdit doesn't work with Vortex" (I'm using Vortex and see the SSEEdit icon - which doesn't work...), to, "You have to install it manually." 1) I'm using Vortex. There's a SSEEdit icon on it that isn't working. How do I get it to work without breaking something else? 2) Can you point me to a tutorial on how to use SSEEdit with Vortex (the tutorials I found all refer to Mod Manager).
  21. Hmmmm.... What if instead of doing all of that, I reenable Scholar's Library, and then instead of disabling it, I just outright uninstall it. Will that also work?
  22. Well..., the void isn't mysterious. It's just that the wall, inside of Breezehome is missing. I installed a mod called Scholar's Library, https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/67449 . However, it was clashing with Honeyside Thane of Riften, https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/80170?tab=description . So, I "Disabled" Scholar's Library, and that fixed Honeyside Thane of Riften. Then I went to Breezehome, and when I went inside, the wall was missing... The wall is missing from the inside. It's a section of wall at the bottom of the stairs between the small cabinet and the bottom of the stairs. You could look through to the small alchemy room at the stuff in the alchemy room. I haven't been in the alchemy room to see if you could look back the other way. I disabled Scholar's Library, but didn't uninstall it. I haven't checked the other houses to see if there were any issues at those houses. Also, when my character goes into the area with the missing wall, the character drops down into the void and reappears just inside the front door of the house. Where should I start to look for a fix?
  23. Looks really nice. Is it considered heavy or light armor? There was no info about that on the page.
  24. Maybe he was upset, because he was about to heal himself, to level up that skill, and that was going to help him level up to the next level, and you messed it up for him.... It's kind of how I get mad when I'm about to shoot an ice spear at an enemy, then one of my followers jumps in the way, to block my ice spear, and another follower takes out the target. I'm like, "Damn you, Lydia! Why'd you so freakin' stupidly block my shot! And Raya, you kill stealer! I swear, you two are really working against me!" So, Talsgar is like, "Alright, let me heal increase my healing skill and level up.... Wait! Why'd you heal me?! I didn't ask you to heal me! You blasted noseybody!"
