On the left side of the screen in the "Plugins" click sort, if that doesn't work follow this video: Skip to 02:41 where he shows you how to install loot to mod organizer If it still doesn't work, ensure you have all the necessary mods install. I had a similar problem it turned out that I hadn't installed the unofficial patch but i told some mods I had witch messed with the load order. Quick question are you using nmm or mod organizer?

Update: I have fixed the issue, it turns out there were some mods i had forgotten to install, thank you for your help.

I installed a lot of mods and now skyrim wont lauch. The bethesda logo loads and plays out but after that, I get a full crash with no error message. Apparently, this is caused by the load order but i use the loot suggested load order and it didn't work. I disabled all the mods and the game loaded fine so it has to be one of the mods I installed. heres my load order next to the loot suggested load order: http://imgur.com/6g50uK0
