If there is somewhere a guide on how to do these kinds of mods and anyone have a link to it ill appreciate it

I would love to see a female player character, I didn't find any mod like this yet. It's sad for me, but I even tried to mod unity by myself without any progress, I'm just not for this, sorry. I have a suggestion on a model I found, ill put the link and an image for reference, it don't have to be specially that one, but any girl like that or from that game would do I think, sorry for asking too much.
