  1. Yeah, that's how I used to do it BEFORE this mod for the war room came out. I've never been comfortable with screwing with my computer that way. But I have a feeling this Windows update knocked out ALL of the mods. And I'm also noticing a lot of issues simply installing some of the older games I've had. But as far as the issue with the mods go....I haven't found any solution
  2. Okay, I just deleted / uninstalled (whatever) both Frosty Mod Manager and DAI Mod Manager, then rebooted my PC. I went through the whole process again with the mods on both, but I still get the yellow icon with the line talking about it was designed for a different patch version. I just ran the game, and the War Table is still back to normal with the countdown for each thing. So apparently the mods don't work anymore for some reason after that Windows Update. There has to be a way to fix this. But re-installing them, unfortunately, doesn't do it. Thanx for the help though. Am I the only person with this issue?
  3. I've been playing DA:I this entire time with my mods working perfectly fine, until i updated Windows to the current version and saw that my mod that eliminates wait time at the War Table apparently not kicking in, because I went to click on something and there were time countdowns given as if there were never any mods there. I ran DAI Mod Manager as usual thinking maybe something was deleted, but everything seems the same way it has always been. I ran Frosty Mod Manager and the mods show up, but they have a yellow icon on them. When I click on the "description" tab they all say "WARNING: Mod was designed for a different patch version". I don't think I remember that being there before. Can somebody help me with this? I never touched or adjusted anything with these things. I'm still kind of new to this modding stuff. Did the windows update really throw everything off? How do i fix this? Please help. Thanx in advance.
  4. Damn...it's just that cut and dry? Sigh.....okay...well, I guess if it's just that simple, then it's just that simple. I have no complaints....was just wondering. Thanx for responding in any case....
  5. Okay, I don't know if this topic was created already, so I apologize if it has.... I'm using Frosty Mod Manager, and I'm kind of new to that thing, so work with me here. I've added two mods to the game (blue scanner and clear visor). I click the "Launch" button in Frosty and run the game...everything is fine. Mods work. Cool. But when I exit the game and close Frosty, then try to run the game again, the mods aren't included and everything is back to normal. I don't know how to make the mods permanent since they only seem to work when Frosty is open. Can somebody please help me with this? Thanx in advance.
  6. Sorry it took me so long to respond... 1. A Kiss To Remember-548 2. BSC Zesty-548 3. Natural Bodies All in One 3_0-544 4. White Teeth V1_1-44 5. Madd Gift Guide V1_1-385 6. More Options At The Pearl V3_3-1176-3-3 Those are the mods and overrides I tried installing. As an update, so far, everything seems to work. The only things I have yet to see are the ones for the Pearl and the "Zesty" thing. But that's because I haven't gotten that far in the game yet to see if they are working or not.
  7. Okay, I have the game installed and everything, but started my play-through yet. I don't want to start without knowing for sure that everything I did is actually working. I am using ModManager. The "DaZip" file worked and shows up in the games Installed Content section on the title screen, but NONE of the overrides I went through all that trouble to learn how to install show up on the list. So my question is, how do I know if they are installed and are working or not? Can somebody please help me with this? Thanx in advance
