  1. I have EVE and often when I kill someone with a laser weapon and the meltdown explosion happens the game crashes. This started out happening once in a while but now with my acquisition of Elijah's advanced LAER it happens about once in every four kills. I need a way to stop this from happening or I'll have to start a new game.
  2. It seems that it was on of my random other mods was conflicting indirectly with the Dremora race, its fixed now though. I think it was MMM bone loot for some reason, well thanks to anyone who takes time to look at this.
  3. I just got Modular Oblivion Enhanced and I chose the Dremora class and as soon as I exit the race menu the game crashes, and when I restart my save is corrupt. Apparently all the mod requires is oblivion and the latest patch witch is automatically downloaded through steam, and there are no other compatibility issues listed in the mod. As always a Kudo will be awarded to those who help.

  6. According to TESIV:positive I am supposed to right click on the file tab but I cant find a file tab in the Wrye Bash 291 default window. Is there another window I am supposed to have open? If so please tell me which programs file tab I'm supposed to right click.

  9. Alright, now I have Wrye Bash and It created a bashed patch like it said it would, which is now situated in the last spot on my load order and I'm guessing I am to activate it now. I also have the mod sorter you suggested installed, so whats next oh wise and wonderful wizard of mod.

  12. Aye Sea Turtles matey, flying ones in point of fact, I'd like to ride em I would. Ahh yes, through the skies on the back of a turtle, oh what a thing it would be, imagine it laddy, sea turtles. Mumble mumble mumble... I love pirates of the Caribbean. so yeah flying sea turtle mount, thats all.
  13. Alrighty, I have: Midas lightning, Magic missile shield, force push, heat beam, and greater magic missiles none of witch work when the magic conks out. I also have 2 summon spells witch always work: Summon swarm, and summon white tiger and the fire trap spell witch drops dud mines that don't explode. My load order is as follows Oblivion.esm MMM.esm CM.esm Midas.esp then the DLCs, then the MMM files, better blocking, denock arrows, gold smelting, More magika, quest award leveler, Mythic dawn armor, lumi subtle enchantments, Z's skeleton horse, border-less cyrodiil, ghost rider helmet, CM skeletons, capes and cloaks, and veraxanima the sword. I just thought you might need to know the other mods I use just in case there are any conflicts, and thanks for answering.
  14. I am using Midas Magic Spells of Aurum with the latest version of Oblivion, I run it on steam, and I use Vista. When I cast a spell all that happens is magica is drained and I hear a spell effect sound but no damage is done to the enemy and I see no magic. Sometimes the spells work other times they don't, and when when they do they often shoot off to one side instead of straight. I know this is my fault and as such will award a Kudo to the one that helps me out. I need your help, this is ruining the mod for me and I have no experience modding myself. Thank you to those who actually bother to read this, tell me what you can for it will be appreciated, and the one who solves the problem will be rewarded.
  15. I have had Midas Magic for some time now and have been enjoying the new and varied spells very much, but throughout this enjoyment there has been a fair amount of frustration. I am up against a powerful enemy and have no health left so i decide to knock them down with a "force push" and make a quick getaway, but much to my dismay nothing happens when I cast the spell other than the required magica being drained from my meter. All my other vanilla magic works fine but once in a while my midas magic just simply conks out. It seems that my projectile spells are the most likely to stop working but i find that the "missile shield" spell often doesn't work either. This is obviously my fault but I just don't know how to fix it and any help in that department would be much appreciated. thanks in advance.
  16. I have the CM skeletons mod and I took Axel's sword off him to use it myself, but every time I drop it from dying the game crashes. Is this the mod's or my fault, and how would I fix it. thanks
  17. I'd like to ride a Thestral from Harry Potter, I love those creepy possibly undead bat winged horses. Id like If it flew as well as ran fast, maybe at white horse speed.   19. it said make sure to put them in the right folder, no specification. But I'll try checking the path in the download.
  20. I am using Matt's mythic dawn armor and I'm not sure exactly which folder to put the .nif files in. Usually they go in the meshes folder so I put them there, and nothing, then I thought armor folder, and nothing again. I even tried the effects folder since its magic but once again nothing, and by nothing I mean no armor, no arms, no legs, and no body, just a head, which I expect would also be gone if I hadn't have taken the no helmet version! If not in with the other .nif files where should these files go, and by the way thanks for the help to anyone who enlightens me.
  21. I've been thinking, isn't it annoying how you get an awesome looking weapon like say dusk/dawnfang and it becomes obsolete in a few levels since it's only at the level you found it at. But if it leveled with you; increasing attack damage and spell power with each stage thus keeping up with the other weapons and never going obsolete.   23. I think around 5 coins for each nugget would be good, due to the relative size of coins versus nuggets, or maybe 10 to make it fair in game. what do you think? Oh, is it possible to use the Aurum Assimilator for said transaction
  24. I had an idea for a solution to the Midas Magic gold obtaining problem. What if you could melt down your gold coins into gold nuggets. It makes sense and Is no less expensive than the current solution, so therefore will not offset the balance of the game making it too easy. I don`t know if this is entirely possible so any way you can do it will be appreciated. Thanks to anyone who takes this on, kudos will be given to the creator.
