I also do not have any Gamebryo plugins or any that say "failed"

I am new to Vortex and just downloaded the latest version. I was able to download a handful of mods for Cyberpunk and Starfield and in my mods tab it says they are all enabled and I deployed them. I am not seeing the "plugin" tab in Vortex and the mods are not working in game. Any idea why this might be happening and how to fix? I have also tried allowing Vortex permission to pass my firewall.
