The only way i found is this: Equip the 2 melee weapons in inventory (or favorites), then hotkey a twohanded weapon, bow or twohander. Then, if u switch to the twohander and back, it will change between bow/twohander and dualwield. Work great with dual and bow, but not if you use a torch eg.

yes, but its bugged in vanilla, you have to use console commands
