I am having a problem with the merchants at the College of Winterhold. Adept level and higher spell tomes are not showing up in their inventory. My skill level is at 100 in all schools of magic. I did use console commands to set my stats. Is that why I am having this issue and is there a way to fix it? I also have the Apocalypse Spells mod added and i have the same problem with those spells. Any help would be appreciated.
