Is this list working well for people? I installed pretty much all of it and game runs fine, but the balance is way off - I die immediately on survival there is no chance. I changed the in game settings "easy" and its still very hard (I like hard so that's cool, i'm going for immersion and i'd like bullets to be lethal like in real life) but when I got to concord there are 20 raiders and 20 "forged" outside townhall all unloading their weapons at the balcony.. i can't even try to defeat them to get inside. Maybe i should reinstall the Arbitration mod with easier settings? I originally installed with the recommended "survival" settings. I find this like to be really awesome and I thank you for putting it together, but some of it is a little confusing because theres so much that over writes eachother.
