No to cheap just the helmet. Anything that adds more then the helmet is not lore friendly or immersive. -

As for super mutants, all but 1% of super mutants kill and eat weak humies on site. Strong is that 1% represented in the Boston.

A much simpler idea is modify what they give you in nukaworld instead of working for a gang tho its the 4 main factions plus COA Triggermen Gunners, and Raiders.

Dude the stealth suit is why the chinese have no power armor So no dont please, if anything make a heavy armored stealth suit.
