Where do I find this interior cell in CK??

Hi, Just started back into playing (and modding of course) again and already I'm stumped. I'm attempting to change the main menu music and the background image for the main menu. No matter what I try I just can't seem to get it working, I have put the 'mus_maintheme' file (which I have converted to both a wav and a xwm) in Data/Music/Special but to no avail. Regardless of any changes it always reverts back to the original tune. The same goes for the background image. I downloaded a mod off the site with numerous background images all within a self contained Data folder, meaning that all I should have to do is merge the files but again no success. I'm not new to Skyrim, nor am I new to modding. I recall having this problem before but I can't remember how I fixed it. At this point (with nothing else installed) Skyrim seems unmoddable. If anyone can help me out with this task it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance! -Templar
