so i do what you say, now i cant run the game because the oblivion esp wont load properly. is there an replacement i can download to fix it

so i install it somewhere other than program files, how about my docs also do i need to update and get shivering isles for them to work

right i download and install oblivion, install mod manager, install contruction set and my mods wont work. i extract them into proper folders. and still it wont upload the mods into game why, what am i doing wrong. i have basic oblivion, no updates no shivering isles, no knights of the nine nothing ok. do i need all this to get mods in game and if so so which mods out of these whould need it. claymore equipment hgec body dmc weapons tkrapiers hidden elves 24 swords from mount and blade race fix hentaieveriaarmor underworld armour rens beauty pack moon shadow elves and do two races cancel out at all if anyone can tell me how to get properly in game then lease do i am bout ready to break my computer
