What is UAC control? Sorry, I don't know much. And I installed it to Program Files (x86).

So, I am new to mods in general, but from what I have read, when I open a mod with WinRAR, the .esp file should have a swiss army knife icon. The icon I get is just a blank sheet of paper. Also, every time I try to put the mod into the oblivion data file, it says file could not be found, blahblahblahblah. So, I have never been able to get any mod to work, what so ever. I am also running windows 7. Could this be part of the problem. Thanks. -Daniel Young
