This has always buged me since I first played the game and got to the underworld zombie town when you first talk to the doctor he say's he could use some help with fresh human speimens but nothing you say to him can get him to let you volenteer for it, and I find mulated body parts every where I go in fallout 3 and I've tried avoiding the doctor until my speech was maxed out to 100 still I get the same result is there anything more to his ramblings or not I want to get something for my mulated parts. I do know that if you talk to him after the first time he'll never say anything else about it so I don't know if the Doctor really was joking or serous about the endevor. I had hoped that it was true because nobody takes mulated parts and they aren't worth anything.
