So i started a new playthrough heavily modded on skyrimse but when i was running past the thalmor embassy i ran into a powerful daedra mage.(i had to spam potions to stay alive) anyways i have never seen him before and was wondering if its a npc i just missed before if its new to SE or if it was added by a mod and if so what mod. He is called The hated.
