It happened when I tried loading my game, saying the save relies upon mods that are no longer present. I'm still not sure what the problem was, but I did find that manually disabling them and re-enabling fixed the issue.

I've got the same problem just now, but it's not related to DLC or Beta (I'm not in either). I was playing just fine, quit the game and opened NMM to check and make sure one of the mods was active (it was, I did nothing in NMM but use the scroll bar and expand one category). Now when I log in it says I have no mods anymore.
