It seems like the Interesting NPC's mod (V 2.25Beta) was the culprit for me being stuck on solstheim. Did you happen to have that mod installed as well, hom3rdud (or anybody else having this problem)? Edit: Seems I was wrong. But I am able to consistently get back to Skyrim with no mods active, so It has to be something I have installed. Just gotta find it... Edit2: Ok.... After some time of messing with my active mods, I can pretty much say it is definitely "Apocalypse Spell Package - Apocalypse v304" that was preventing me from leaving solstheim. I've consistently gotten crashes at the loading screen with this mod active, as well as consistently being able to get back to Skyrim when it alone is disabled.

There's always the TFC console command.

What mods are you currently running? Some tend to be a little more update tolerant than others...
-
Did you download the texture pack that goes along with Deadly dragons? If not, then the armors won't have any meshes or textures.
-
Darnit, why did it have to be an omod. :pinch: Would anyone happen to know if a standalone of the race still exists anywhere? Or perhaps a non-omod version of MBP? If neither happens to exist, then thanks for the help you've already provided.

Would anybody happen to know what the race and armor that this character has on are? http://blog-imgs-31.fc2.com/m/i/t/mitinokuoblivion/mithramodoki1.jpg

The armor that the player is wearing is called guardian wyrm mail, and the sword the big guy is wielding is actually called abyss (although the version he is using seems to have been altered a bit). Both are rips by Ancient_Laws so i'm afraid I can't post a link.

Would anybody happen to know where that middle armor set is from?
-
The front middle armor looks like the Lancer Dread armor. I have no idea for the other one though.

Pretty sure that's "Apolyon, the Soul-Render" (first result is a youtube video with a link) edit: You can find it pretty quick through a google search, I don't know if I'm allowed to post links to other modding sites so I won't  try searching for "Аполион" (it'll be on a Russian site) because I think the video provides a different version of the sword you're looking for. I'm interested in that armor...Does anybody know where I can get it?
-
The first one would be the lancer dread armor which isn't hard to find on google; as for the sword, i'm not sure. The wings from the first picture look like a rip from somewhere. And sadly, I don't have any info on the second picture, sorry.

Sweet, thanks for the info. :D

Would anybody here know what that armor the person sitting in the back is wearing? Judging from the other armors that the other characters are using in the picture, i'm assuming its a rip from somewhere... Still, info on it would be nice.

That looks like a white version of the Dark Illusion armor. I'm not really sure where to get that exact version of the armor, but here's a link to the ordinary version if your just interested in the armor's design in general. here And why stay away from the Imageshare? You can find some pretty awesome armors and such in those pictures.

The two most useful damaging spells for me would be midas Grand Magic Missiles, and Arcane Burst. One blast of magic capable of mowing down a whole line of enemies at once (and that goes through walls nonetheless), and a nice AOE knock back + damage. Can't really ask for much more when facing lots of enemies. As for utility spells, Astral recall is the most useful for getting out of dungeons that I've gotten to the end to, and don't want to go all the way back out.

FCOM: No crashes yet but playable black screen?
theabyss replied to Captane's topic in Oblivion's Mod troubleshooting
Can your computer handle oblivion with HDR on? Is HDR on? This can cause that screen to appear if your computer cannot handle the HDR mode. -
Ancient Towers? Yes it is, thanks a bunch. :D

Hello everyone, I could use some help tracking down a specific house mod that I cannot for the life of me remember the name of. One of the features that is probably most memorable about it is that it has a miniature map of cyrodiil and the Shivering isles in it, and that it requires the shivering isles expansion to operate, which I did not have until a couple days ago. Anyways, thanks in advance to whoever answers this.

Most of the companions are found near the entrances in the different worlds that you can go to through the big portal in midas's secret area of his basement. Though, you can find Zoe Midas at an inn in anvil. The crossword puzzle gives hints at the combinations for activating this gate.

If its not too much trouble, where is that cape from in the picture in the post above me? Looks pretty cool.

From what i've heard, the game engine itself (not the mods you have) is pretty bad at handling numerous combat AI's at once. There's a demonstration of this limit somewhere on youtube... Edit: Said video would be

He probably means something like this: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/images/27197-1-1255748095.jpg In this case, I added the other swords as a part of the scabbard rather than the armor. Likei thought, that doesn't look neat at all (No offense of course). Realistic, sure, i guess, except i can just see the guy trying to draw a weapon and stabbing himself repeatedly while becoming entangled and therefore easy prey....But maybe since I'm a girl i see things different. *shrug* What mod is the golden 2h sword on that character's back from?

Do you have winRAR or 7zip installed on your computer? You need at least one of the two programs to open the files uploaded here. winRAR is the better of the two, but you need to buy it. 7zip is free, but doesn't have as much functionality, but it still gets the job done.

Have you installed the HG Eye Candy body? If you haven't, it can cause odd anomalies with the textures. Also, are you wearing any vanilla armors? Even with the HGEC body, this effect can still happen due to those armors not using the HGEC body mesh. There are a couple mods around tesnexus that fix this however. Have you also installed Beautiful People 2.7? That's also a requirement for the mod to function properly I guess.

Well, there are a few "arcade" style options for the health bars. That's probably where you got it from.
