This would be very useful just as the one that was made for oblivion was. I don't have any modding experience so hopefully someone else will be able to make it and answer to the requests of the people previously asking.

We all know oblivion by itself is a good game but with the brilliant mods that have come out it is just amazing and adds new depth to the storyline; I noticed one question everyone has been asking their favorite modders. Will you create a similar mod like this for Skyrim. Well tesnexus community I created this topic so you can post if your favorite mods are making the moves to make those who are not excited enough about 11.11.11 completely fanatical and those who are waving their Skyrim flags around the room faint with anticipation, or possibly to make the day go quicker. Go ahead post. ^_^ P.s: By the way I'm one of the people waving their skyrim flags.

Does anybody think they will be able to make this mod?

The main difference would be the upgrades, different risk factors such as being robbed and being able to expand your store across the map. I would like to do this myself but I am currently learning how to mod and I think this would be better suited for an experienced and would benefit the community greatly.
