Hi everyone, im currently a novice modder, and Im having a hard time creating some "armor". and thought maybe a more experience modder could give it a shot. thanks.
Its the outfit that Naruto wears when Hagoromo Otsutsuki gives him power. It doesent have glow, i was going to use the kyubbi mode power from the naruto ultimate overhaul mod for that. Thank you!
