    The Witcher.. a though

    Call me a Jerk, but I sided with the Order to get the more Awesome version of the Armor, siding with the stinkies results in the Raven Armor being for losers.

     

    Since there are only three armors in the game, and I am a loot freak, I made my choices that way. In the other start over I sided with Scoia'tael, In all over I collected the Salamandra Badges for no reason, had over 60 when the game ended ^^

     

    Third time neutral, the three way with nurses was a good reward! Did every side quest. You know what sucks? The fact that no matter what you choose, like in the swamp siding with Scoia'tael or driving the order out, later Geralt says that it was a bad choice or something, I thought the first time it was so because of siding with the Order, but all three options resulted same thing.

     

    Liked the fight when you kill the Professor most. The Kikimore Queen was a mess. Peoples comments was pretty funny, especially in Taverns(Your mama.... Dwarf...., I'm ....., By .... are itchin) and in Vizima(It's the Witcher, hide your women!) the Werewolf quest was a bit confusing. Carmen being in love more, she is the queen of hookers yet the only female NPC you dont bang in game.

     

     

    Witcher II looks awesome! Nice graphics and intresting story. And Dandelion, Triss and Zoltan gonna be there! All three look way more awesome. Really looking forward!

     

     

    Wish there was more Witcher mods for DA:O and Oblivion :P

    What? When they screwed up the game you are going to pay for it, say thank you and go? No, It's way better to take my stupid bimbo girlfriend out on an expensive dinner than waste money on a game in hopes its OK.

     

    What happened to Origins? They dont even allow you to choose name now, Hawke. Oh my god! Tell me they are joking.

     

     

    I expected my Character to be more than a pupet in Awakening. The one romancing Morrigan didnt give a damn about the whole origins story, the one romancing Leliana didnt even mention her name any where. Not to mention that stupid dwarf treats you from zero no matter what you did for him in origins. But at least that was the Character I worked on in Origins. Now they take that too? Well thanks but I see no reason to buy DA2 if thats what they decide to do. Thats what it looks like from the site.

     

    But, will still wait to see what comes out of it, they said NWN II is going to ruin DnD more than the first. But a lot of people think the story line was great. And those saying Neverwinter Nights ruined the Wizards of the Coast. Why dont you try the other games they made after Baldurs Gate? Making NWN look bad was just a big commercial for DA:O.

    Well put a hat on my head and Call me a Moron.

     

    But whatever, I played Dragon Age for 7 months before it got old for me. It took two weeks for me to throw up on Awakening. I loved the endings in Dragon Age. What I suspected was the Child of Morrigan being the next Charcter, that is IF the character is not the Warden. Think about it. There are options on his/her Race so to say. Depending on your race or if Morri did the cha cha dance with Alistair.

     

    Anyways, seeing that in the endings of both OC and Awakening in DA:O saying that this is not the last adventure of the Warden, I am pissed to know that the stupid DLCs like Leliana's Song and that crap were meant as the rest of the Adventure.

     

    As for the recognizable character. I'll bet it's Morrigan, to obvious how shady she acts about what and why she needs a kid with the soul of an Archdemon. So yea, something about the Main Quest will be about that, if not all of it, If you ask me of course.

     

    Whatever about Neverwinter Nights, at least it's expansions had a way better go than Awakening. Anyone here played Mask of the Betrayer? Story line was epic. And it had some sense taking the Knight Captain away from Neverwinter and the Sword Coast. Awesome story line, not "You have to clean up Alistairs mess, or do the dirty job even if you are king" and leaving all older Companions behind, no matter if you romanced Leliana, Zevran or any other @#$.

     

    Most of the Charcters in BG1 returned in Shadows of Amn. With an even more epic story line. Dragon Age was and is a down road since Awakening.

     

    Promised I would stay away from the DA:O thread. Guess I was just really pissed about the way DA2 is gonna be.

    [WIP] Oblivion Music Pack

    Like any good Game, Oblivion has a wonderful Music Compliation, it plays a great role in the game, if you doubt, just go and try the game without it for a day. It doesnt come to mind how important it can be, but with some slight changes you will notice your game in a whole new view, it implies the feelings behind the towns, hamlets and natural Landscapes of Cyrodiil.

     

    Though after some time of playing, the Music felt stale failing to do what it should and lost the effect it once had. I began my work with replacing some of the game's tunes with other ones I liked, for fun at first. But after seeing the effect it had, making old areas look new, changing my view on most places in the game, I decided to expand my work.

     

    I shared my thought with a friend, and with his help, this project became what it is now, a whole Music Pack, suitable for a game like Oblivion.

     

    After giving some thought into it, and adding a version for Side777's music system, I finally decided it is time to start working, then me and some other friends started working on the musics, changing most and making some new ones with parts of older ones. What I have now, is a collection of Music made to make Oblivion a better game. It is now time to share it with the rest of the people here.

     

    That is why I announce the Oblivion Music Pack.

     

     

    It comes in two versions - As Mentioned above - one for the Vanilla game play and one for Side777's Better Music System. There are still some tunes being worked on. As soon as they are finished, I will upload the file. I cannot give you any samples because all the Music in the mod have had changes, and are not the ones available right now.

    An Old Persian Song

    This song was the First Iranian national anthem, it was used from the time of Mozzafar al-Din Shah Qajar until 1933. This Anthem, was rearranged, recomposed and orchestrated by the Persian composers Siavash Beizai and Salar Aghili in 2009. I just love this song, so I thought I put it here so anyone who wants can enjoy it. Also included Lyrics and Translations.     I agree that the chat needs a change, but I think Xat would be the best, Xat doesnt require you to be registered to use the chat, and it also gives powers to people, the one who makes the Chat becomes the main owner that can make others Owners, Moderators and members and also bann and kick, Xat chatrooms can have tabs, you can make them for members only, for registered users only, put music on them and tons of other stuff.

    Thanks man, we now have 8 survey answers, the mod will be released in two weeks, here are the following changes :

     

     

    There will be two Versions, one Containing 48 songs for Better Music System(Night Public, Aylied Ruins, Oblivion plains, Gold Coast, Blackwood etc.) and one normal version containing 24 songs, the City has been changed completaly, the Atmosphere updated and Battle Musics added and edited.

     

     

    Stay tuned for the Announcement next week!
