Hello, i have a lot of fps and other problems becouse of mods. I bought a game in steam, how i can delete all and ewetyrhing to make game basic?

I modded game with more than 80 mods and killed final boss... But after killing it nothing happens: cutscene doesnt starting. Moreover: when i kills red dragon the game crash! Pls, if u have info what to do i would like to know
