Yeah, I too would be happy about such a mod. It really bugs me too, that you get +1 Per when wearing welding goggles (I think the bethesda staff never have worn any ^^). I already considered doing one myself, but I never made a mod until now and read that it is quite difficult without the released engine. But since the engine shall be released in early 2016, I maybe will do my first mod project. Will let you know if so ;)
