Is it possible to toggle game settings via a custom holotape? I was looking over some other mods that have settings that can be toggled via a holotape and I didn't find much on game settings. I found one that altered a global setting but what I am after isn't in the global list. I made a mod that turns off XP when crafting and using the workshop. Someone suggested to make the mod toggle via a holotape. I thought that would be kind of cool to do but in trying to figure this out I am stumped. Example of mod that changes XP to zero for cooking. fCookingExpBase 1.0000 changed to 0.0000 fCookingExpMax 10.0000 changed to 0.0000 From trying to learn this it looks like I need to be heading to Papyrus Fragment in a new Terminal but I am not sure if what I want to do is possible there.

I found a backup of my old skyrim.ini [Camera] fMouseWheelZoomSpeed=60.0000 f1st3rdSwitchDelay=0.9500 iHorseTransitionMillis=001 Now I have instant first to third person again.

I had a ini tweak that would move my character from first person to third person with no delay. I can't find it again, does anyone know this tweak?

I am about 10 minutes away from finishing the download. I will start a fresh game with no texture mods installed and try and get it uploaded to YouTube in 1080p. My second hard drive died so this might be painful recording in 1080p I will see in a few. Also I have the US Denver in steam selected and it is maxing out my download at 1.9 MB/s
