  1. Well, finally gave up, I'll just begin a new game. Thanks for trying to help
  2. I'd make a clean install of the vanilla Skyrim and reinstall NMM too
  3. IT's because (I guess) you're double clicking on it as it used to work, now you're only disabling it, you have to right click>uninstall to make it appear again.
  4. You can check Gopher videos about Load order and TES5Edit, it helped me a lot when I begun modding Skyrim. It's in english but he speaks really clearly and slow.
  5. That's because you are deactivating it instead of unistalling, Right click on the mod and unisntall it, then it will show the menu again
  6. Yes, and only conflict is Non-Player Character (Actor) with USKP in green, but "BW Lydia.esp" is the conflict winner. The same with Aela.
  7. Try creating a SKSE.ini and write this into it [Memory]DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB=768ScrapHeapSizeMB=256 then place it in Skyrim>Data>SKSE Also try using Skyrim Performance Monitor and enter whiterun to see if it's getting over the 3.1gb Ram limit
  8. Need more info, like sys specs. Are you using any mod that changes whiterun? Do you have SKSE or ENBoost?
  9. I'm using NMM. I tried a pristine vanilla with only BW intalled, and yet no changes to the face and hair. But it does work in new games. I've never used any Lydia or Aela modifiers until now. My best bet is AFT save data that keep them unchanged as it's the only difference between those affected and those that are not. :S
  10. Disable-enable didn't work, tried markfordelete as well and creating a new one (Maybe I have to save and load in between?). I've tried dimissing her, fast traveling, fast traveling back, and nothing. I even tried disabling her, fast traveling and then, enabling her while I'm away. BW esp's are at the very bottom of the load order, I'll try now the STEP guide to clean my save file. Thx for the responses however
  11. I've installed recently Bijin Warmaidens and I can't get it to modify Lydia or Aela, but it affected normally to all the other characters. I've put all the BW .esp at the botton of the load order. I've checked with TES5Edit if it was conflicting with any mod but there was nothing. I've reduced it to a Save file issue because if I spawn her in a new game she gets the changes unlike in my main save file. I made a fresh install of Skyrim with only BW and couldn't get it to work either. I think it might have to do with Amazing Follower Tweaks, as both were already under management of AFT when I installed BW and are the only not showing any changes. Is there a way to check my save file for overrinding variables? I've tried using Skyrim save cleaner but it didn't work. I've tried using the reseting option from AFT and uninstalling it, no results. I couldn't get to find any info about this anywhere and I don't want to play a new game, this one is already 190h
