Just finished searching for the answer to this myself. Since this was one of the first google hits I came across, I feel compelled to share the answer.
Right-click in the object window (Under Editor ID, count, etc.) > The bottom option on this pop-up menu should be 'Create New Object Window'. Click it and enjoy a second (or third, etc.) Object Window.
