"Fix Nexus Mods links in Chrome" for Steam Deck? (Linux)

Its been some months, has anyone found a usable solution for this? I got Vortex installed and managing my game (Baldur's Gate 3), but now I'm stuck with this. I click the "Fix" button but it still comes back with the red "Failed to fix..." notification.
