My Pihole was probably the culprit. Payment options were available after logging in via mobile data.

Hi, trying to upgrade to monthly premium, but no payment options are available (clicking on Braintree link just forwards to their website. "Confirm purchase" buttons stays grey / inactive. Tried Chrome / Firexfox and desktop and phone. Created a new account, no dice. Any ideas? Thanks
