  1. A framework. A mod which may not change the game on it's own, but will serve as a basis upon which less experienced modders could easily change the game. I think every experienced modder/mod-developer knows what I'm on about already. There's already one for swapping the Pals' model/palate which, frankly, goes above and beyond anything I would have expected (But desperately needs mod-makers to build off of it!). Now the PC needs some love. Specifically, PC equipment. There are several outfit-swap mods out there already, but I do not believe I have seen any which add new gear to the game, and there's several possibilities on that front if someone can figure it out. The Tower Boss' equipment, just as a base addition. Mods which don't have functional sliders could hook onto a universal one built in. Adding schematics to drop tables without reverting drop table changes made by other mods. Importantly, the framework would also have to return an appropriately powered base-game gear piece to server clients, so that it doesn't look like you're running around in your undies to all your buddies on the server. This is, admittedly, an ambitious idea. But I think it could end up being a cornerstone in many Modders' build-lists if it comes to fruition.
  2. After playing the game for a few hours straight, my buddy and I noticed that the game was beginning to suffer in terms of FPS drops, actual freezing, and even a couple of CTD events on my end. Now, my rig isn't going to have anyone gaping in awe of it, but my buddy has a $1500 graphics card that shouldn't have such issues. After a bit of poking around, I've learned there may be an issue with the game not cleaning up after itself in terms of VRAM, or perhaps not doing a good job of it. Could someone produce a mod that will do this? I'm not even enough of a coder to know what to call such an operation, but I can clearly see the game needs it for those longer sessions. Or is this a case of an untouchable memory leak whose only recourse is to shut-down and restart to clean out the memory? Even if it's not possible, or something the modding community is deciding to leave for the Devs to attempt to tackle first (in consideration of the game's Alpha state), I'd appreciate hearing back on this.
  3. So, there's an issue with the Effigy Upgrades in the game. Apparently the Displayed Capture rates are correct for what you should expect, but the actual bonus is given inversely... That is to say, that the player starts with the maximized bonus and loses capture rate as they upgrade it. Here's a link to a Reddit Post on the topic: Would an experienced bug fixer please look into producing a patch for this until the Devs get around to it? Edit: It seems the Devs got it with this latest update. Hopefully, anyone who has looked into it has gotten other ideas on what they can do with what they learned.
