Thanks for your reply.Funny thing just happened.I switched profile and played Cyberpunk for a while.When I got back to my Skyrim profile,the plugin that was causing trouble was gone.There are a few old plugins left,but they don't seem to be doing any harm.

How do I delete plugins from Vortex?I ran into a problem with a plugin after downloading a collection via Vortex(i am a premium user). That plugin prevents me from sorting my plugins and makes it hopeless to mod Skyrim.There is a lot of other plugins left to that I want to remove.I have removed the collection and every other mod,and deletet the profile that i used but the plugins are still there. Even if they are all disabled it doesent help.Even tryed to mark that one problematic plugin as a ghost to no effect.
