It would be incredibly useful to have a mod allowing work suitability customization, so that users themselves (based on their own preferences) could assign specific work suitabilities to each pal.

Here's a couple of mods i'd genuinely be really happy to see. 1. pals at your base staying idle, because sometimes i really don't want them to keep mining/harvesting materials i'm not interested in. i wish they would just sleep, walk around, or do anything else except working. 2. no assembly line required, just being able to craft powerful spheres and weapons without having to build an assembly line. 3. condenser working with no essence. there are mods that allow the condenser to work using only one pal as essence, but i wish i could avoid it completely. i know this is not an easy mod to make, but there's always some hope someone could maybe figure it out. here's a few alternatives (and any other option is more than welcome): getting rid of the essence requirement completely; tricking the condenser into thinking the pals needed for essence have already been selected although they haven't; using something different than pals (for example paldium fragments) to create essence.
