You can just make one or two of these mods, then let other people do the other mods.

A mod to be able to open two buildings, an apartment building and a hotel, with configurable marriageable randomly generated npcs coming to live or spend some time there. If you get enough hearts with a npc, they'll stay permanently if they weren't going to.

A mod for adding modded buildings (such as sheds) as unlockable basements under their respective vanilla buildings.

And make these mods compatible with modded events.

A mod for having modded farm houses as unlockable floors would be nice.

Make a military weapons and equipment from 1800 to the modern day mod, and make it so that there are many more floors in the cave, and allow enemies to also get weapons, enemies in deeper floors get better weapons and gear. Make it so that when someone, including the player, is downed, they get dragged to safety like how a medic would drag a wounded soldier. Also make a mod which adds machines which the children man in a mass production line indoors or in extremely upgradeable factories.

A mod where you could harvest human egg cells, fertilize them, and put them in upgradable incubation vats would be good.

I second these.

I also want a mod which allows you and your children to unlock and move between different farm maps (including modded maps) and a mod that to have your spouses also work and fight.

I also would like a remake of friendship tweaks, but you can set the limit of hearts to everyone (not just spouses), and the max limit should be raised to 30 hearts.
