I bought a new computer and just installed skyrim anniversary edition no extra mods I started it up and my character moves extremely quickly I have tried turning v sync on I've tried limiting my fps and using commands but everything seems good my computer is running it on ultra quality I have no Idea what to do here is a link to a bit of game play https://youtu.be/QemYAjAPuTk
