Looks like an issue on their end as I too have the same issue.

My test results Cloudflare CDN: 380.59 Amsterdam: 70.95 Prague: 104.22 Chicago: 98.50 Los Angeles: 224.34 Miami: 200.35

When I click the download link. I get the error access denied. I have tried multiple browsers and I do not have any popup blockers and I have run a speed test. Everything was working fine this morning and now I keep getting the access denied message.
